R to the 4th Power: Outings

Alphabet Date Letter C (New York Day 3 March 7, 2026)

Our Letter C Date was incredible!! We started the day off by having lunch at the Cafe across the street from Carnegie Hall. The building was beautiful and it was so Cool to be where so many musicians have played.

We were at Carnegie Hall to see Jack's band perform! Danielle Montoya sent me these photos while we were eating lunch. I love this group of boys!!

The Concert was amazing! The band did so well! I cried, I was so proud!

After the Concert we met up with Jack and the band for dinner. It was so good to see Jack! He was busy with the site seeing with the band that this was the only time we got to se him while we were in New York.

John and I finished off the night by seeing the Broadway Show Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Tom Felton reprised his role as Draco Malfoy! It was so Crazy to see him on stage! We loved every minute of the play!

New York Day 2 Times Square March 6, 2026

We ended our 2nd day in New York with a walk to Time Square. Time Square reminds me a little of Vegas. Only Vegas is much cleaner! It was fun to see all the lights and people! It really is a different world there!

New York Day 2 Natural History Museum March 6, 2026

I don't know if you know this, but I absolutely love natural history museums. They are one of my favorite kind of museums to go to. I love learning about Earth, animals, space and who can forget dinosaurs. So, I was very excited that John and I got to explore the 45 halls of the Natural History Museum in New York.

In order to see everything that we wanted to see in the museum we didn't spend a whole lot of time reading the plaques on the different exhibits. That is one of my favorite things to do but there was so much to see and we only had 5 hours to see it. We didn't want to miss anything.

African Mammals
